Blessings are always present in our lives

There is always something for us to thankful. If we would only anchor ourselves enough in the Holy Now. Allowing us to step out of time and recognizing the good that is perennially present.

All is working for your good. Be thankful even for those challenges. Express gratitude for the dark times your experience.

Give thanks for other individuals really putting your love and compassion to the test. Let’s give thanks for who we are and where we are.

God is always for us, never against us.  All that happens is working for our good. We have incarnated into this human dimension to grown and unfold.

We have come here allow for newer, greater and grander versions of ourselves to emerge through us.

Being thankful is a vibration drawing more to us to be grateful for

And so, being thankful as a mode of operandi is a vibration where we allow ourselves to be fully open, available and receptive for even more good that we could possibly imagine to flow through us.

Not by us reaching out into the world grabbing it and holding on to it. But by us releasing the resistance that is blocking and hindering that which is perennially being given by God.

At any given time during the day we may stop and take a conscious breath. This allows for us to move our thoughts toward that which we have to be thankful for in this moment. Even if the only thing we may find to be grateful for is the fact that we can breathe.

At night, just before you go to sleep, we offer this powerful evening routine helping you turn your attention toward thus strengthening your gratitude muscles.

We invite you to watch this short but beautiful inspirational video with Eckhart Tolle, Oprah Winfrey, Lynne Twist & Tony Robbins as they share their thoughts on being thankful and developing an attitude of gratitude.

Gratitude is a powerful spiritual practice.

As repetition is the key to learning, if you are having a hard time finding something to be thankful for, we invite you to watch this video repetitively to integrate being grateful with your being.
