Not by us reaching out into the world grabbing it and holding on to it. But by us releasing the resistance that is blocking and hindering that which is perennially being given by God.
At any given time during the day we may stop and take a conscious breath. This allows for us to move our thoughts toward that which we have to be thankful for in this moment. Even if the only thing we may find to be grateful for is the fact that we can breathe.
