
The Art of Gratitude is a powerful catalyst that will move us both, out of time into the Holy Now, and raise our vibration. Mentally finding things to be grateful for is a simple practice. A practice that literally knows no boundaries and that may be performed in a very short amount of time.
In every single moment there is so much to be grateful for
Gratitude, as a spiritual practice, is only a breath away. It takes no more than a second to practice, and it is so simple that anyone can do it.
While having said that it is a simple practice we feel compelled to add that it is not always easy. Most people are in the habit of turning their attention to what is not working in their lives.
They are too preoccupied with focusing on the negative. So to the extent that it may be all but impossible for them to find something to be grateful for.
